We take all abuse reports and complaints seriously. If you have a concern about a customer’s server or believe that one of our customer’s servers has been compromised, please contact us immediately.
As an Internet hosting provider, RDP Ground supplies infrastructure and resources that allow customers to host websites, mail servers, and other online services.
We are not responsible for the content published by customers on their websites, nor can we actively monitor every page hosted on our network.
However, we strongly encourage you to report any suspected violations of the law, our Terms of Service, Acceptable Use Policy, or the rights of others. We are committed to reviewing, investigating, and resolving all valid complaints as quickly as possible.
We respect and protect customer privacy. Any personally identifiable information stored or transmitted through our services is handled with strict confidentiality. We do not disclose confidential information unless required by law.
