RDP Ground – Money Back & Refund Terms
RDP Ground offers a 15 days Money Back Guarantee. This guarantee applies to shared hosting, business hosting, reseller hosting, Windows RDP, and Virtual Private Server (VPS) packages for the annual billing period only.
For monthly or any other billing term, we offer a 7 days Money Back Guarantee.
Once you cancel the service, refunds will be processed within 10 days. However, accounts that are canceled or terminated by RDP Ground due to violations of the Terms of Service or Acceptable Use Policy (AUP) are not eligible for any refund.
Refunds will not be provided if the service is used for testing your program/script and then canceled. Refunds are only granted if the server environment is incompatible or unable to support your required features and our technical team is unable to resolve the issue.
Non-Refundable Payment Methods
The following payment methods are non-refundable. Any refunds for these methods will be issued as account credit:
- Bank Wire Transfers
- Western Union Payments
- Checks
- Money Orders
Non-Refundable Services
No refunds are offered for the following:
- Dedicated Server Packages
- Custom Packages
- Setup Fees
- Domain Registrations, Transfers, and Renewals
- SSL Certificates
- Dedicated IP Addresses
- Advanced Support Fees
- Processing Fees
- Software Licenses
RDP Ground reserves the right to deduct fees for value-added services (such as WHMCS license, cPanel license, or SSL certificates) from any refund, even if they were provided at no additional cost.
Exchange Rate Policy
Exchange rate fluctuations for international payments are unavoidable. All refunds are processed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and will reflect the exchange rate at the time of refund.
RDP Ground is not responsible for any difference caused by exchange rate changes between the time of payment and the time of refund.
Final Decision
RDP Ground reserves the right to refuse a refund at any time, with or without reason, at its sole discretion.
